'We're in love!': Three Border Collie puppies found dumped outside, shelter rescues them and eager couple adopts one of them on the spot

Love at first sight doesn't just pertain to people – we also have this instant connection with animals as well.

It can be heartbreaking to think about puppies or kittens being thrown to the streets, but it's reality. The thing we always can keep in mind is that often times, a shelter, a person, or otherwise swoop in to save the puppy or kitten from the harshness of the streets. This Border Collie was dumped outside with his two other siblings when a shelter picks them up. Before he knows it, he's being adopted by an agog couple who are simply mesmerized by this cute little guy. Read below for the story's details.

"Rescued Puppy"
Just wanted to share this little cutie me and my fiancé rescued from a shelter after hearing that he and his two siblings were dumped at a popular dumping spot. His name is Tucker! The first picture is the one posted by the shelter. Everything else is from his time with us. It’s our first time owning a puppy together since we wanted to wait until we had a yard, and we are so glad we waited and were able to find him.
Sorry not sorry for the abundance of pictures. We’re in love!

Sometimes we forget the power of love, or the power of love at first sight. There's no science behind it, only anecdotal evidence. But have you ever seen someone and immediately felt some connection or power between you two? That's exactly what happens here with this Border Collie puppy and a couple. I've had it before too with all kinds of people. Sometimes there's an instant connection, and if there is then it shouldn't be ignored.
